R U HUNGRY???

R U HUNGRY???
Ali'i Beach Park Beach Day this SUNDAY @ 430PM &
EVERY LAST SUNDAY OF THE MONTH

Mama T, Seph1 and Lady Paisley, along with some of Honolulu's artist community will be at
Ali'i Beach Park with some food to share with the hungry & houseless this
Sunday and every last Sunday of the month @ 430PM.

This is our very first attempt to create a safe and accepting environment for
any "physically as well as emotionally hungry" individual
in our community and to offer "food & friendship."
Food will available, as well as on open forum for
sharing through music or discussion.
Instruments are welcome!

Since this is our first event, we are testing the waters to see what kind of response we get...
We will be there until the food is pau and everyone's ready to go home... but most importantly,
we intend to make a fun-filled day for ourselves and whoever comes.
Our intention is to plant this seed, start small and nurture this event
in hopes of growing into an even more effective effort.
All are welcome so please email for more information.

Seph1 & I have free access to large amounts of tapioca root, in addition to our own garden.
We would like to take this opportunity to feed people (including our own hungry friends) and
give them place to feel welcome. We hope that through this event, we can better understand our community and extend any effort in helping this growing issue.

Mama T, Seph1 & I are looking forward to making this a regular, monthly event.
Any and all contributions are welcome. Bring what you can! Mahaloz!!!

HOPE TO SEE YOU THIS SUNDAY @ 430PM
& EVERY LAST SUNDAY OF THE MONTH @
ALI'I BEACH PARK, HALEIWA (next to the harbor)

MAHALO & ALOHA!!!
Mama T, Seph1, Paisley & friends.

P.S. This event will happen through WORD-OF-MOUTH
so please feel free to pass this along.

*Last Sundays are also the one day each month where many houseless folks
get bussed over to Haleiwa Beach Park for
Once-a-month-church which is hosted by a pastor and
focuses on helping the homeless community.
They begin at 10am and each month, a car is given away,
along with free books, basic necessities and canned goods...
also church support. So for those of you who are
interested in spending the day in Haleiwa, there's
this outreach as well. Lots of people come.
We can offer our support to our community in more ways
than one... so check it out and
see where you can offer your time and support.
